Can I just thank you and the team for the work you have done on all of my claims. Smithers Purslow have continued to use Prime Disaster Response on various projects to assist with flood and escape of water claim work on a national basis.
Primes Knowledge and understanding of damage management and their ability to be available at a moments notice in at a moments notice in times of high demand and pressure has been invaluable. Added to their ability to assist with contents removal and storage they consistently provide levels of service expected on high net worth work.
I (and especially my wife) am delighted to say that Prime came out today and signed off the drying process and removed all of their equipment (especially given the recent heat as the house has been around 28 inside). I would like to share what a delightful company Prime have been. Given the amount of removal work undertaken, they have always left the house in an immaculate condition after all of their visits. While we have been able to shut out the bathroom and bedroom, they have always left the other rooms in usable state.
